  • What is your return policy?

    We want you to love your mat just as much as we do. If you're not 100% satisfied, we welcome returns for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Contact info@nuprava.com and we'll get your return started. Product must be unused, unaltered and in it's original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • What if the item I received is incorrect, defective or damaged?

    We've got you covered! Email info@nuprava.com and we'll make it right.
  • Where do you ship to?

    Across the United States.
  • How long until my product ships?

    Our goal is to ship product within 24 hours from the time the order is processed between Monday and Friday. Please note that orders can take up to 3 business days to ship depending on seasonality and other factors.
  • How can I leave feedback or requests?
